20,000 plus participants across all walks of life will come together and pedal to promote fuel conservation in this 13 km, non-competitive category.
A non-timed event, the Green Ride at Saksham Cyclothon Indore will be an initiative to instil socio-environmental consciousness amongst the people of Indore.

What to expect
-A fun filled cycling experience with an emphasis on building a community that is aware about its fuel conservation responsibilities
Meeting point
– Vijay Nagar Chowk (Route 1) and Dushera Maidan (Route 2)
– Start times are same for both venues
Online registrations close on the 18th January 2018 at midnight
Distances may change depending upon the route approved by local authorities
Please note, Green Ride participants must bring their own cycles.
All participants are required to wear a crash helmet for the event failing which you will be at risk of injuring yourselves. The details of the routes are given in the next tab
All competitors are required to wear the number bibs with the names and logos of the sponsors of the event. In case of failure to comply the participant(s) may be disqualified.
All cyclists are required to abide by prevailing traffic rules and strictly follow the displayed road signage and the instructions of Marshalls placed by the organizers. Strict disqualification action will be initiated against any participant found trying to pressurize / influence the organizer(s). Any breaking of rule will be charged by a warning. The participant shall be disqualified after three such warnings. The cyclists arriving after half an hour of the arrival of the winner of the ride will compulsorily have to make use of breakdown van. The decision of the Judge / Commissioner shall be final.
The competitors will be liable for disqualification in case:
(a) He / She trying to obstruct the path of any other competitor.
(b) He / She taking any assistance from any other vehicle.
It is compulsory for all the participants to be present at the prize distribution ceremony and receive the prize from the chief guest, failing which 25% of the entitled amount shall be deducted from the prize money. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any lapse due to ignorance of rules by the participants.
It is requested that all riders show healthy competition, wholehearted participation and create an atmosphere of sportsmanship, camaraderie and discipline for all to emulate. We sincerely hope that your institutions will help us in making this event a grand success. Finally we welcome and wish all the best to all our participants.
No participation shall be allowed without formal registration for any categories of event.
